Terms
This document is not finished. It sets out the sections a sales regulation must contain; the wording is jurisdiction-specific and has to be written and reviewed by a lawyer before this site opens to customers.
The seller
Must state the full legal name, registered address, tax identifiers (NIP, REGON, KRS where applicable) and contact details of the business selling through this site.
Placing an order
Must state when a contract is formed, that an order is for collection at the chosen time, and what happens if a dish becomes unavailable after ordering.
Prices
Must state the currency, whether prices include VAT, and that the price charged is the one shown at the moment the order is placed.
Collection
Must state the collection window, what happens to food not collected, and any identification required.
Right of withdrawal
Prepared food is generally excluded from the 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right. The exact wording and its limits must be confirmed by a lawyer for the seller's jurisdiction.
Complaints
Must state how to complain, the deadline for doing so, and the deadline for the seller to respond.
This page describes the system as it is currently built.
