Who holds your data
The data controller is SASA SASA Centrum, Floriańska 12, 31-019 Kraków. Everything below describes what this website actually does — it was written from the system, not from a template, and it is wrong if the system changes without it.
What is collected
If you order as a guest: the name and phone number you type at checkout, an optional email, your order, and an opaque token in a cookie so the basket you filled is still yours on the next page. If you have an account: additionally your email and, if you enter them, a phone number and a usual branch. Saved dishes and marketing consent are stored per restaurant, not shared between them. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts. The only cookies are the session, the basket token, and your theme and language choices.
Why
To take and fulfil your order, and to be able to call you if something about it is unclear — that is the contract you enter by ordering. To keep an account if you create one. To send offers only if you tick the box, and only until you untick it. To limit sign-in attempts, which is how accounts stay yours.
How long
Baskets are deleted automatically 30 days after they are last touched. Orders are kept as accounting records for as long as the law requires — in Poland, five years from the end of the tax year. An account is kept until you delete it.
Your rights
You can download everything held about you, and delete your account, from the account page — both take effect immediately and neither requires writing to anyone. Deleting an account removes your name, email, phone, basket and saved dishes, and makes the account unusable. Invoices survive with your name removed, because keeping them is a legal obligation and not a choice. You may also correct your data, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Who else sees it
The company hosting the servers. If you choose to pay online, the payment provider receives the amount and your payment details — this website never sees or stores card numbers. Nobody else.
